ALBANY, N.Y.—A Brooklyn man pleaded guilty in Albany County Court Tuesday.
Tyquan Thompson, 19, pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Criminal Possession of a weapon in the second degree, a felony.
Thompson and a victim got in to a verbal altercation in Albany on November 3, 2013, which led to Thompson shooting at the victim multiple times, hitting him in the upper torso.
When sentenced on May 27, Thompson now faces five years in state prison followed by five years of post-release supervision.
