EPHRATAH, N.Y. – The jury selection in a Fulton County murder trial will continue Tuesday morning.
James Dibble, 29, is facing Second Degree Murder charges. Police said he killed his mother in her Ephratah home in July 2013.
Police said Gwenda Lisman died of a single gunshot wound to the head. Sheriff Thomas Lorey said investigators believe Dibble and his mother were arguing over money at the time, and Lisman's house was in disarry when police arrived.
Seven jurors were seated Monday. Dibble faces 25 years in prison if convicted.
