Local bands gathered to honor local man, benefit suicide prevention
TROY, N.Y. - Some of the most well-known local musicians played a big concert on Sunday to honor the life of a local man and to raise money for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
The acts packed Troy's Revolution Hall for the Dustin Mele Memorial Concert.
Dustin died last year. He was a local man who made a name for himself as a professional poker player. His impact in the Capital Region, leading to Sunday's concert, where bands like Super 400 played in his memory.
Other acts included the Ernie Williams Band and Johnny Rabb.
