ALBANY, N.Y. - The deadline to apply for health coverage under the Affordable Care Act is only hours away.
People have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday to sign up.
In New York, state officials say more than a million have applied already, with most already enrolled.
However, the same can't be said for Vermont. The Green Mountain State's website to sign up for coverage has been plagued by technical issues. An independent report on what went wrong presented to state lawmakers on Friday said that while there were problems, Vermont's Obamacare rollout was not among the worst in the country.
