EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y.—A Florida man was charged Sunday after bothering customers and employees at Stewarts.
Cashiers at the Couse Corners called police and reported a man in the store who was high intoxicated and would not leave.
Todd Pohalski, 46, of Safety Harbour Florida, allegedly walked out of the store and drove using improper lanes when he heard the police were on their way.
After conducting a traffic stop, alcohol impairment was detected by officers and Pohalski was taken into custody.
Pohalski was charged with Improper Lane Use, DWI, and Felony DWI. His next court appearance is set for March 20.
