GRANVILLE, N.Y. - A Granville man accused of causing a deadly drugged driving crash was found not guilty of manslaughter.
Prosecutors argued Marcus Young was impaired by drugs when he crossed lanes, hit another car, and killed the driver of that vehicle. The incident happened in January 2013 on Route 67 in Charlton.
On Tuesday, a jury found him not guilty of manslaughter but convicted him of DWAI, unlawful possesion of marijuana and other lesser charges.
A sentencing date has not been set.
