ALBANY, N.Y. – A Watervliet man has pleaded guilty to one count aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Michael Dempsey, 34, admitted to driving with a BAC of .27 percent, more than three times the legal limit. Colonie Police officers say Dempsey committed several vehicle and traffic violations before discovering he was driving while intoxicated.
He faces one to three years in State Prison the installation of an Ignition Interlock Device for 3 years following his release, a $2,000 fine and a minimum of 18 months of license revocation when sentenced in May.
