ALBANY, N.Y.—A Brooklyn man was sentenced to five years in
State Prison for selling crack cocaine on Tuesday.
Shannon Liggins, 32, pleaded guilty to one count of
Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a
felony, on January 22.
The plea accounts for two separate drug sales charges where
Liggins attempted to sell $100 worth of crack cocaine to an undercover police
officer on February 1, 2013 and April 23, 2013 in the city of Albany.
