QUEENSBURY, N.Y. – Three people have been arrested on drug charges, according to New York State Police.
Authorities say that on Friday, Troopers observed a vehicle on the Northway traveling more than 100 mph. During a traffic stop, it was determined those in the vehicle were on their way to the Great Meadow Correctional Facility and were found in possession of about 10 grams of heroin.
Police have identified the suspects Donta Pitt, 22 of Brooklyn, Lumumba Moss, 20, of Brooklyn and Andre Reyes, 25 from Maryland.
All three suspects were arraigned in the Town of Queensbury Court and remanded to the Warren County Jail.
