Man arrested for Grand Larceny, allegedly found with a bench warrant

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – A 30-year-old with a bench warrant has been arrested for Grand Larceny in the 3rd Degree.

According to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office, Nicholas Pandori, 30, was arrested on one count of Grand Larceny as a result of an investigation into the theft of $5,265 in unemployment benefits from the NYS Department of Labor.

Authorities say that Pandori was not entitled to the benefits he received between June 2011 and November 2011.  

Pandori was also found to allegedly have an outstanding bench warrant for Vehicle and Traffic Law charges from the Town of Milton.

Pandori was arraigned in court on Monday.
