Albany man arrested for DWI after driving the wrong way

EAST GREENBUSH, N.Y. – An Albany man was charged with DWI Wednesday after he used an exit-only out-ramp to drive into the Columbia Turnpike Price Chopper Plaza.

Stanley Everett II was charged with DWI, Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device and Failure to Use a Designated Lane.

The 37-year-old scored a .25% BAC, which is three times over the legal limit in New York.

Everett is scheduled to appear in the Town of East Greenbush Court on March 6.
