Kingston man arrested for DWI with suspended license


KINGSTON, N.Y. – Ulster County Sheriff's Office arrested a Kingston man for Driving While Intoxicated Drugs.

Curtis Williams, 50, was charged with Driving While Intoxicated Drugs, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and tinted windows.

Deputies stopped Williams just after noon Monday after observing the dark tinted front windows on the vehicle he was driving. Further investigation revealed that Williams had 17 suspensions on his license and was driving under the influence of drugs.

Williams was process at the Sheriff's Office sub-station in Esopus and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Kingston Court on March 14.
