GUILDERLAND, N.Y. - A New Scotland man has been arrested for felony DWAI/Drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree.
According to State Police, a Trooper conducted a traffic stop on Western Avenue in Guilderland on Saturday at 10:50 a.m.
During the traffic stop, the driver, 27-year-old Kyle Pianowski was allegedly showing signs of drug impairment. The Trooper also found Pianowski was wanted on warrants from Rotterdam and Schenectady Police.
Following a search of the man's vehicle, State Police say they found four envelopes containing heroin, ten hydrocodone pills and a hypodermic needle.
Pianowski was arraigned and remanded to the Albany County Jail without bail.
