ALBANY, N.Y.--The New York State Department of Transportation will host a public hearing to discuss reconstruction.
The hearing is for the reconstruction of Exit 4 off Interstate 87 and the replacement of the Northway's bridges over Albany-Shaker road.
The proposal to replace the bridges stems from the age of them, built in 1959 and carrying more than 113,000 vehicles daily.
The hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, February 25, at 7 p.m. at Sand Creek Middle School.
A draft for the project is available for review at NYSDOT's offices and online at www.dot.ny.gov/i87exit4
