QUEENSBURY, N.Y.—After an investigation, a Forrest Park man
was charged with sexual abuse.
Levi Andrews, 49, was charged with Sexual abuse in the first
degree, a felony, for having sexual contact with a male child under eleven
Andrews was found in the boy's room by the mother of the boy
when the child awoke to find Andrews sitting on his bed, touching the child inappropriately.
Andrews was acquainted with the family and was there visiting.
On February 11, Andrews was arrested and then arraigned on
February 12 in Queensbury Town Court. He was then sent to the Warren County
Correctional Facility with $5,000 cash bail and $10,000 bond.
Andrews is scheduled to re-appear in Queensbury Town Court
on February 18.
