Albany man sentenced for possessing illegal weapon

ALBANY, N.Y.--An Albany man was sentenced to two years in State Prison in Albany County Court Monday.

Tahlik Inman, 18, pleaded guilty to one Count of Attempted Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree, a felony, on December 5, 2013.

On August 24, 2013, Inman was found by Albany Police passed out at a residence that he was not an occupant of. Officers found him in possession of a Ruger .22 caliber revolver loaded with six rounds of live ammunition.
