State Police arrest two after $800 in baby formula is stolen

MALTA, N.Y. – State Police have
arrested two for allegedly stealing over $800 worth of baby formula.
On January 27 2014, troopers
stationed at the Saratoga barracks received a complaint from loss prevention at
CVS in Malta for the theft of $837.03 in formula.
An investigation led to the arrest
of Andrew P. Fogg, 33, of Glenville for stealing $730.08 in formula, and Heather
M. Chapman, 34, of Schenectady for stealing $106.95 in formula. The
subjects were arrested on separate complaints from CVS.
Both were arrested for Petit Larceny,
and were released to reappear in court on a later date.
