CLIFTON PARK, N.Y.-- A pursuit by troopers in Clifton Park led to charges on a Halfmoon man.
After fleeing from troopers in Clifton Park, a Halfmoon man faced multiple charges.
On January 25, Troopers attempted to pull over Douglas Bagley, 25, when he fled from them and ended up involved in an accident with an uninvolved vehicle. Bagley fled on foot and left his female passenger behind.
Police ended up arresting Bagley and charged him with Unlawfully Fleeing a Police Officer, Reckless Endangerment, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th, and numerous traffic charges.
Bagley was arraigned in Clifton Park court and released after posting a $10,000 bond.
