Auburn man sentenced for false tax return

SYRACUSE, N.Y. --  An Auburn man was sentenced on Friday by United State District Judge David N. Hurd.

Bradley Leader pleaded guilty on May 28, 2013 to filing a false tax return. Judge Hurd sentenced Leader to four year's probation, 120 hours of community service, and restitution in the amount of $68, 604, 93.

Officials say Leader knew the returns he filed each year were false because he under reported his income each time.
