CSEA president calls Cuomo a "moron" at a rally

ALBANY, N.Y. - At a rally, attended by hundreds of unionized state workers, the president of one of the unions referred to Governor Cuomo as a "moron" and a "monkey".

CSEA President Danny Donohue used the "monkey" reference, talking about the governor's slogan for economic development "open for business". He said "it's monkey business" and that Cuomo is the biggest monkey.

The rally was in response to the governor's budget, which unions say doesn't do enough to protect jobs.
