DOVER, N.Y. -- After being stopped for a traffic violation, two Connecticut residents were arrested for drug related charges on January 23.
Bonnie Howell, 34, of New Milford, CT was arrested after being found in possession of twenty bags of heroin, and to be operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Keriam McDermott, 37, also of New Milford, was arrested after being found in possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Howell was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the seventh degree, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree. McDermott was charged with Possession of a hypodermic instrument.
Both Howell and McDermott are scheduled to appear in the Town of Dover Court on February 13.
