ALBANY, N.Y. – An Albany man has been arrested for weapons possessions after a traffic stop, police say.
According to Albany Police, Terrelle Davis, 25, was pulled over on Sherman Street on Monday afternoon for a violation of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
As officers investigated, they found the front seat passenger, Davis, was in possession of a loaded .25 caliber handgun. He was arrested without incident and charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd.
He has been arraigned and remanded to Albany County Jail.
