ALBANY, N.Y. – Five men have been arraigned on drug charges Thursday afternoon in Albany County Supreme Court.
According to District Attorney David Soares, the five men were arraigned on one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st Degree.
Michael Oliver, 43, James Dozier, 46, Ronnie Pettus, 37, Rahliem Johnson, 23, and Samuel Coleman, 43, are accused of possessing eight ounces or more of cocaine.
Oliver, Pettus, Johnson, and Coleman have also been charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. The four men are accused of possessing an amount of cocaine with the intent to sell.
All five men have pleaded not guilty and were sent to the Albany County Correctional Facility.
