CLIFTON PARK, N.Y.-- A Schenectady man was arrested for falsely reporting an incident on Wednesday.
Timother Harbeck, 33, was arrested for falsely reporting an incident in the third degree and making a punishable false written statement.
Charges stem from Harbeck reporting that someone forged his signature on a document without permission or his knowledge. The investigation revealed that Harbeck had allegedly provided the person with his authorization to sign the document.
Harbeck was sent to Town of Clifton Park Court and remanded to Saratoga County Jail with $1,500 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
Harbeck is scheduled back in court at 3:00 p.m. on February 14.
