ALBANY, N.Y.—Two men pleaded guilty in two separate drug charges on Tuesday.
Shannon Liggins, 32, of Brooklyn, pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a felony.
According to police, Liggins attempted two separate drug sales where she attempted to sell $100 worth of crack cocaine to an undercover police officer. Liggins faces five years in State Prison, to be followed by two years of post-release supervision. Her sentencing takes place on March 18.
Andre Dolberry, 46, of Albany, pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree, a felony.
On September 12, 2013, Dolberry allegedly attempted to possess over half an ounce of crack cocaine in the city of Albany.
Dolberry faces five and a half years in State Prison, followed by two years of Post-Release supervision when sentenced on March 4.
