ALBANY, N.Y. — A Watervliet man was found guilty of criminal possession of a weapon on Tuesday.
Raquad Graham was found guilty and charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the second degree, a felony.
On June 27, 2013 officers tried to arrest Graham due to a parole warrant that had been issued. After complying to police orders initially, Graham fled from the police.
After officers chased him down, they took Graham into custody and went back to search the area where he fled. That is where they discovered a Kel-Tec P-11 9mm Luger handgun loaded with 10 rounds of ammunition.
Graham faces up to 15 years in State Prison when sentenced on February 25, 2014. Until then, Graham remains in custody at the Albany County Correctional Facility.
