CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – A Corinth man has been arrested after a search warrant was executed after he allegedly robbed a Stewart's Shop in Rexford.
State Police say they have arrested Grover Dake, 31, for misdemeanors of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Criminally Possessing a Hypodermic Instrument. He is also accused of the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
Dake was previously charged with Robbery 3rd Degree for robbing a Stewart's Shop.
Authorities executed a search warrant of
Dake's vehicle, which was used in the robbery. The results were the discovery
of contraband items.
Dake appeared in the Town of Clifton Park Court as a follow-up appearance for the Robbery charge. During the appearance he was charged and arraigned with the most recent charges.
Dake was remanded back to the Saratoga County Jail and he will be back in court in February.
