SARATOGA COUNTY, N.Y. -- A
man accused of threatening a female acquaintance and her small child was arraigned
Monday morning in Saratoga County Court.
South Glens Falls police
say Scott Miller Jr. broke into the victim's home back in August, held them
against their will, and threatened to kill them if they made a sound.
Investigators say this lasted
more than five hours before Miller took off with the woman's car and cell
Miller was taken into
custody when Verizon tracked the phones, leading police to him.
