CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. – State Police arrested and charged a Saratoga Springs man for an accident that took place in August.
Daniel Stack, 25, was charged with Vehicular Assault in the Second Degree, Driving while Intoxicated, Driving while Ability Impaired by Drugs, Driving while Ability Impaired by the combined influence of Drugs and Alcohol and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The charges stem from a two-vehicle accident that occurred on August 22 on Route 146 in Clifton Park. The driver of the other car suffered serious physical injuries as a result of the accident.
An investigation revealed that Stack had a blood alcohol content of 0.10 percent. A presence of marijuana was also found in his blood at the time of the accident.
Stack is scheduled to appear in the Town of Clifton Park Court on December 11.
