GREENFIELD, N.Y. - Tuesday is the deadline for Ann Arnold's attorney to file a dismissal motion against her probation violation.
Ann Arnold was convicted of abusing horses back in 2012 and is not allowed to have any on her property for three years. However, she was charged last month with violating her probation.
In November, the Saratoga County District Attorney has filed charges against a Greenfield woman accused of once again having horses on her property.
A judge told Ann Arnold she couldn't have farm animals on her property after she was convicted of animal abuse. But on Monday November 4, Saratoga County District Attorney James Murphy says his office received word that Arnold became in possession of between six to ten horses.
On November 13th, Arnold pleaded not guilty to the alleged probation violation.
