Brunswick, N. Y. - Two people are facing charges after police say they stole a purse from a guest during a Thanksgiving Day dinner at a family members house.
State Police arrested 41-year-old Christopher LaClair and 49-year-old Michelle Lamm on Petit Larceny charges.
Police say they were invited to Thanksgiving dinner at LaClair's sisters' home, when the pair allegedly stole a purse from another guest at the dinner.
The pair was arrested after LaClair's brother-in-law received a phone call about the theft as he was driving them home.
He then returned to the residence in Brunswick where police arrested the two. LaClair and Lamm are due in court next week to face charges.
