The event begins with mobile feedings in the Valley View neighborhood along Reid Street, Abbott Street, and Cooperstown Road. After that a fixed feeding site will be set up at Haslett Park for as long as the meals last.
In June, heavy flooding ravaged Montgomery County with Fort Plain being one of the hardest hit areas. During the flooding, many Fort Plain homes and business were destroyed.
