SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. - A teacher at the South Glens Falls School District has been put on administrative leave, after being accused of harassing a student in class.
In a letter sent to parents in the district on Friday, School Superintendent Michael Patton says the complaint was made to State Police on Wednesday, after the teacher allegedly harassed a student during the classroom instruction.
Patton says district administrators have been working with State Police during the investigation. The teacher has been placed on paid administrative leave.
