ALBANY, N.Y. – A search warrant was executed in connection to an 18-month-long investigation.
State Police say Investigators from the Bureau of Criminal
Investigation (BCI) and the Computer Crimes Unit (CCU) executed a search
warrant at three locations in New York on Wednesday.
According to authorities, computers and computer related documents were seized from locations in Milton, Schenectady, and Perinton, NY.
The search warrant was issued in connection with an ongoing investigation which began in April 2012. The investigation into a possible larceny of computer related information began when a complaint was made by NEXIVM /ESP.
State Police say the subjects who reside at the 3 locations have dealt with NEXIVM in the past but none are current employees.
The investigation is ongoing and no subjects are in custody.
