PITTSFIELD, Mass. – There was a late night stabbing in Pittsfield that sent one man to the hospital.
Police say they are investigating the stabbing which injured a 28-year-old male. The man had to undergo emergency surgery on Thursday morning and is currently in intensive care.
Witnesses told police the victim was attacked outside 40 Second Street by 2 men. One of the attackers has been identified as Tony "Chris" Babcock of 40 Second Street. The other male suspect has not been identified.
Babcock was arrested on Thursday morning.
