State Police: Man charged with felony after cutting down neighbor's trees

STUYVESANT, N.Y. – State Police say they arrested a man who allegedly cut down his neighbor's trees.

According to authorities, on October 10th they arrested Frank Palladino, 56, of Kinderhook.  He has been charged with Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree and Trespass.

The arrest stems from a complaint which was investigated by Troopers. The complaint stated Palladino was on his neighbor's property unlawfully and cut down the neighbor's trees.

Palladino was issued an Appearance Ticket and will be back in court on Wednesday.
