Ten arrested in 2013 for not providing court order DNA


MONTGOMERY COUNTY, N.Y. – Ten people have been arrested after they failed to provide Court ordered DNA.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office, 10 people have been arrested since April 2013.  They say DNA samples must be provided by a person convicted of any misdeamonor, excluding traffic infractions.  If the person(s) do not provide a DNA sample by a specific date they can be charged with Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree.

The following individuals are facing the new charge of Criminal Contempt.

  • Krista N. Moore, 26, of Johnstown
  • Daniel Dolder, 19, of St. Johnsville
  • Hector Rosado, 32, of Amsterdam
  • James Shaut, 28, of St.Johnsville
  • Cara Dearaujo, 30, of Amsterdam
  • Jason Vosburgh, 35, of Amsterdam
  • Shawn Palmer, 23, of Gloversville
  • Robert Hendricks, 33, of Gloversville
  • Aram Oramanian, 28, of Gloversville
  • Robert Wilmot, 50, of Fonda
