JOHNSBURG, N.Y. – The NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Spill Team had to respond to a car accident to clean pesticides.

According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, on Tuesday afternoon a vehicle drove off State Route 28, entrapping the driver.

As authorities arrived they determined the driver, Nicholas June, 23, has a medical condition while driving, causing the accident.  While the car was driven into a ditch, the vehicle released pesticides.  The Spill Team responded to clean the area.

June was able to exit the vehicle. Although he was unharmed he was taken to the Glens Falls Hospital for evaluation.
