Schenectady police investigating report of gang assault, one man injured
SCHENECTADY, N.Y. – The Schenectady Police Department says
they are investigating a gang assault that happened on Thursday.
According to authorities the incident happened shortly
before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday near the intersection of Hulett and State Street. They say that 3 or 4 black males, described
to be in their late teens to early twenties, attacked one male victim.
The victim suffered injuries to his leg and head which may
have caused him to be rendered unconscious.
He was treated at the scene and brought to Ellis Hospital for treatment.
