SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. – The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office says a 26-year-old man is accused of breaking into a woman's home and sexually assaulting her while her children were present.
According to the Sheriff's office, Myles Jarvis of Gansevoort broke into a 41-year-old woman's South Glens Falls home while she was sleeping on Monday night and allegedly sexually assaulted her. Authorities say the woman's two children were in the same room at the time of the incident.
Jarvis has been charged with Sexual Abuse and Burglary, both felonies. He also faces Forcible Touching and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, which are misdemeanors.
Jarvis was sent to Saratoga County jail but posted $10,000 bail on Tuesday.
