ALBANY, N.Y. – September is Hispanic Heritage month and a celebration is being held at the Empire State Plaza on Saturday.
The NYS Hispanic Hertigae Celebration will be held from 3p.m. to 8p.m. on Saturday. Tono Rosario will be headlining the event. The one-time leader of Los Hermanos Rosario will take the stage shortly before 7p.m.
There will also be food and beverages attendees are invited to enjoy throughout the day.
Latin DJ Boy Boy will kick off the event before Grupo Encanto takes over at 4p.m.
Parking is $5 at the V Lot but free parking is available in the Cathedral lot and in the East Garage.
No alcoholic beverages, coolers, or glass containers will be allowed inside the plaza. Animals and pets are not allowed either, however service animals will be allowed.
