OYSTER BAY, N.Y. - Dina Lohan, the mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, was arrested by New York State Police for allegedly driving while intoxicated and speeding Thursday night.
Police say they stopped Lohan, 50, around 11 p.m. Thursday when they observed her white BMW traveling 77 mph in a 55 mph zone on the Northern State Parkway.
Lohan was found by police to be intoxicated. She was arrested for DWI and Aggravated DWI after a breath test revealed her blood alcohol concentration to be .20%, more than twice the legal limit.

evaluated. When emergency personnel arrived and evaluated Lohan, there
were no injuries and she recanted her claim.
Lohan was issued traffic
