ALBANY, N.Y. - A Friday morning fire at an Albany home is being investigated.
Authorities tells NEWS10 ABC that the fire occurred at 30 Grandview Terrace around 6:20 a.m.
The single-family, two-story, wood frame home only had moderate damage to the back of the house.
There were three people in the house at the time and they evacuated safely on their own without injuries.
Authorities say the fire started in the kitchen, but the cause is still under investigation.
The residents are being assisted by the Red Cross.
