ALBANY, N.Y. -- Albany Police have arrested a 19-year-old Feura Bush resident for making graffiti on properties in the City of Albany.

On Sunday, September 1st, at about 3:19 a.m., Lieutenant Anthony Geraci saw a male climbing over the fence of the Henry Johnson Boulevard viaduct. When he went to investigate, the male was gone, but he noticed freshly painted graffiti on the side of the bridge.

The officer went under the bridge and located Luke Mosca, 19, of Feura Bush, walking on Spruce Street. Mosca was stopped and found to be in possession of items used to make graffiti. The officer learned that Mosca had also made graffiti on a building on the corner of Henry Johnson and Sherman Street.

Mosca was arrested at the scene without incident and charged with Making Graffiti and Possession of Graffiti Instruments.

He was arraigned Sunday morning in the Albany City Criminal Court.
