PITTSFIELD, N.Y. – The owner of a Pittsfield restaurant is in critical condition after a motorcycle accident.

According to the Pittsfield Police Department, J. Joseph Breault was driving westbound on Merrill Road when he struck a curb with his front tire, causing him to be tossed from his bike.

Breault, the owner of Jimmy's Restaurant, was found a few feet from his motorcycle, which was on fire.

He was brought to the Berkshire Medical Center with a broken leg and a collapsed lung.  He has since been transferred to Baystate Medical Center for a CAT Scan.
