Mass. teen sentenced for kicking, stealing from pizza delivery man
COLONIE, N.Y. - A teenager from Massachusetts will spend the next four years in State Prison after being sentenced in Albany on Thursday.
Eighteen-year-old Dylan McClure pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted Robbery last month.
In September 2012, a pizza delivery man approached McClure with a pizza he had ordered at the Towers of Colonie Apartments. As the victim gave the pizza to McClure, he and an unidentified accomplice punched and kicked him. The teen also stole the victim's wallet, money, and cell phone.
McClure will also have three years of post release supervision.
