Man sentenced for selling cocaine after he fled from police
ALBANY, N.Y. - A 36-year-old Albany man has been sentenced
to State Prison for selling crack cocaine.
Trevon Johnson was sentenced to 5 years in Prison plus three
years of Post Release Supervision on Thursday.
In October 2012, Johnson pleaded guilty to one count of Attempted
Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance.
Police witnessed Johnson selling crack cocaine in July
2012. As police were approaching the
man, he fled in his car, but crashed into a police vehicle. Johnson then fled on foot but was apprehended
