SYRACUSE, N.Y. – President Obama will be visiting western and central New York and traffic on the Thruway is expected to be slow.
The New York State Thruway Authority says Obama will be traveling on I-90 this Thursday and Friday, August 22 and 23.
Temporary road closures will be put into place as Obama makes stops in Rochester, Syracuse and Buffalo.
Traffic is expected to be slow on I-90 and motorists should use caution while driving.
