PARK, N.Y. -- A Clifton Park man recovering after being shot earlier this month
by a state police officer is now facing charges.
Stewart III, 43, was arraigned Monday on a felony charge of menacing an
6th, troopers arrived at Stewart's Cardinal Court home on a domestic
incident call. Outside, they say they found Stewart holding a loaded rifle, and
a trooper fired when he did not drop the gun.
