The Philadelphia Orchestra will be at the Saratoga Children's Museum on Wednesday, August 14. Starting at 2pm, a free "pop-up" concert will be held at the Bandstand on the first floor of the museum.
Children and patrons are invited to enjoy the performance of a string quartet. This will be the first "pop-up" concert at the museum. These types of concerts began in Saratoga in 2011. The Philadelphia Orchestra hopes to raise awareness of their music and mission.
The "pop-up" concert is a free with the Children's Museum admission. It does cost $6 per person and children under 1 are free.
On Wednesday, August 21, there will be a "pop-up" concert at the Saratoga Springs Public Library at 1:30pm.
